Legacy Core Refund Policy

FOR PURCHASES MADE THROUGH Legacy Core (by Modern Green Enterprise LLC) (“Legacy Core”, “we”, “us”, “our”), website legacycoreacademy.com and/or email contact@legacycoreacademy.com
Thank you for your interest in Legacy Core’s refund policy (“Refund Policy”). This Refund Policy details who is eligible for refunds (“Qualifying Purchases”) and the rules that apply to those refunds (“Purchases”). Your purchase or access to our course(s) and/or related Services, and this Refund Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Legacy Core (“Agreement”). By enrolling in a course or using our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy. This Refund Policy is part of our Legacy Core Terms of Service.
1) Digital-Products Purchase Policy (Access Sales)
Our Products and Services are delivered electronically. All purchases may include instant access to your course and/or downloadable materials such as our course content, templates, downloads, Resources, or access to our community. Because our products are Digital Goods and/or Services, are often immediately delivered to you and cannot be returned, all Sales are final except as required by law or where explicitly stated in Legacy Core’s written policies or agreements.
2) Refund Policy – 14-Day Rule
Your request for refund must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date. Refunds will only be issued if ALL of the following conditions are met:
You request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date;
You have not downloaded, opened, accessed, completed, or otherwise used the course material in a manner that exceeds what would be considered reasonable to determine whether or not you want to keep the Product; and
The purchase is not listed under “Non-Refundable Items” below.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to contact@legacycoreacademy.com with the following information:
Full Name
Email Address Used to Purchase
Date of Purchase
Receipt/ Transaction ID if you have it
Explanation/ Reason for Requesting a Refund
If we need additional information to confirm your original purchase and eligibility for a refund, we will contact you.
NOTE: Legacy Core reserves the right to approve or deny any refund requests at our sole discretion and to the greatest extent permitted by law.
3) Non-Refundable Items
Except as required by law, the following purchases are NOT eligible for refunds (“Non-Refundable Items”):
Downloads, templates, eBooks, PDFs, guides, Resources or any other digital goods delivered to you.
Courses where you have substantially accessed, completed, or participated in the course curriculum.
Courses purchased using a Discount Code or promotional Coupon Code (unless otherwise stated).
Any subscription fees that have already been charged for a previous billing period.
Any one-time setup fees, onboarding fees, or administrative fees.
Partner offers or Third-Party purchases. This includes any Subscriptions or Purchases made through Legacy Core Alliance members or other partners/vendors.
4) Subscriptions / Recurring Payments (If applicable)
If you purchase a Subscription:
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided with your plan.
Canceling your subscription will prevent future billings but will not refund previous payments.
Any refunds applied to a Subscription purchase (if offered) will only cover the most recent billing cycle and must be requested within 14 days of that charge posting.
5) Chargebacks/Payment Disputes
If you receive a billing charge that you believe is incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@legacycoreacademy.com. We would be happy to help.
Initiating a chargeback/payment dispute with your bank/payment provider without contacting Legacy Core may result in:
Immediate access to your account will be suspended or terminated.
Badges/certificates revoked.
You may be prohibited from making additional purchases.
Legacy Core reserves the right to provide information relating to your purchase and account activity to our payment provider and/or financial institution to process any chargebacks or payment disputes.
6) Fees
Refunds exclude any fees from:
third-party payment processors, banks, or providers
currency conversion fees or international transaction fees
fees assessed by any third-party platforms we do not own
7) Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date on this page. If you continue to access the Services after the Effective Date of any changes to this Refund Policy, you agree to the changes.
